- Convivial moments, endless aperitifs and light-hearted debates
- Leading workshops on climate change, biodiversity and the 2-tonne initiative to raise awareness and encourage action.
If I were…
- A dish: homemade tabbouleh with lots of fresh mint and tangy lemon — light, fresh, but with a kick for the taste buds.
- A kitchen utensil: a blender for mixing ideas, people and energy.
- A piece of sports equipment: a sail that catches the wind but stays firmly attached to the mast.
- An innovator: a low-tech solution that changes everything with simplicity.
- A country: a mix between Switzerland (for the calm), Brittany (for the roots), Belgium (for the chips and self-deprecation), and London (for the cosy pubs and the art of well-balanced quirkiness).
- A writer: Bertrand Piccard – for his spirit of exploration, his commitment to sustainable innovation and his contagious and pragmatic optimism in the face of the challenges of sustainable transition.
- A cocktail: a mojito revisited with chouchen: fresh, local, slightly sweet
