- A sports item: a pair of Stan Smiths, an object of consensus and common language between parents and children.
- An innovation: one that has yet to be invented!
- A country: France (Cocorico), why look any further?!
- A writer: J.R.R. Tolkien, a must-read before seeing the film adaptations.
- A cocktail: a Ti Punch (only with a “Père Labat,” a “3 Rivières” or a “Bielle”) and always in moderation.
- A song: “Riders on the Storm” by The Doors, still as captivating as ever.
- An item I would take to a desert island: a French-English dictionary.
- A place: Les Ebihens, on the Emerald Coast, an almost deserted peninsula where I would take my French-English dictionary.
