Biotech4Food

Facilitating investment and innovation in new value chains between biotechnology and the agro-industry
Launched in November 2023, the Biotech4Food project, of which Valorial is one of the partners, aims to support the creation of new circular agri-food value chains, as well as sustainable interregional industrial investments for SMEs at the intersection of biotechnology and the agri-food industry.
Biotech4food will enable companies to invest in innovation with the aim of improving food production processes by making them more sustainable, developing new bio-based ingredients for better nutrition, moving towards a circular agri-food industry, and intelligently valorising secondary flows, by-products and waste.
