Collaboration is deeply embedded in Valorial’s DNA. The cluster designs and facilitates collaborative innovation dynamics bringing together industries, researchers, startups, territories and public stakeholders through quadruple helix approaches.
Valorial organises networking activities, ideation workshops, brokerage events, trade fair participation, international delegations, innovation showcases and thematic communities in order to foster collaboration opportunities and accelerate innovation emergence.

Collaborative Ideation, Innovation Pipeline & Collective Intelligence
Valorial designs and facilitates collaborative workshops, ideation sessions and collective intelligence formats bringing together companies, researchers, startups and institutional stakeholders in order to stimulate innovation emergence and accelerate collaborative dynamics. Through dedicated facilitation methodologies, the cluster supports idea maturation, innovation pipeline structuring and the transformation of emerging concepts into concrete collaborative initiatives and projects. In 2025, these activities translated into 8 project emergence workshops and webinars gathering 235 participants, alongside 182 personalised innovation roadmaps conducted, 105 project detection meetings and 755 qualified matchmaking actions supporting innovation and collaboration opportunities.
Ecosystem Engagement & Event Organisation
Valorial has extensive experience in organising thematic events, conferences, workshops, collective pavilions, networking activities and ecosystem animation formats designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across agri-food innovation ecosystems.
At regional level, Valorial operates recurrent in-house knowledge-sharing formats ranging from half-day to full-day events dedicated to strategic innovation topics linked to its Priority Innovation Domains (DIPs). In 2025 alone, Valorial organised 15 thematic innovation events gathering more than 1,200 participants around shared industrial challenges, emerging trends and collaborative opportunities.
Beyond its own ecosystem activities, Valorial also contributes to and co-organises numerous ecosystem events, conferences and innovation initiatives alongside regional authorities, innovation support organisations, clusters and public stakeholders in order to strengthen territorial innovation dynamics and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
