Since 2016, Valorial has developed strong expertise in European and international cooperation through participation in more than 25 collaborative initiatives.
Valorial contributes to projects as partner, work package leader and consortium coordinator, notably through initiatives such as AURORA, PAGRONUT and FARM’INNOV.
The cluster has expertise in consortium building, project structuring, proposal development, cascade-funding management, governance facilitation, stakeholder engagement, reporting and KPI monitoring, as well as operational coordination of multi-partner initiatives.

Project Coordination & Consortium Management
Valorial has strong experience in coordinating and managing collaborative European and international projects as project leader, consortium coordinator and work package leader. This expertise is reflected both in the increasing number of proposals submitted under Valorial’s coordination and in the successful implementation of projects such as AURORA as well as international initiatives including PAGRONUT and FARM’INNOV.
Our teams are experienced in coordinating multi-partner consortia and ensuring efficient collaboration between companies, research organisations, public authorities and innovation stakeholders from different countries and sectors. Valorial manages project governance, partner coordination, reporting activities, communication flows, deliverable monitoring, KPI tracking, risk anticipation and financial and administrative follow-up throughout the project lifecycle. To support efficient project execution, Valorial relies on dedicated internal tools and collaborative management practices ensuring quality monitoring and smooth coordination between partners and work packages.
Valorial also supports collaborative proposal writing, work package definition, impact structuring and funding strategy development while assisting organisations in identifying relevant regional, national and European funding opportunities throughout application and proposal preparation processes.
Public Funding, Proposal Development & Cascade Funding
Valorial supports organisations in identifying the most relevant regional, national and European funding opportunities aligned with their innovation strategies and collaborative ambitions. The cluster contributes to proposal preparation, consortium structuring, impact positioning and funding strategy development in order to strengthen the quality and relevance of collaborative initiatives.
Valorial has also developed strong expertise in the management of cascade-funding schemes, including the launch of open calls, project evaluation processes and the support of innovative SMEs and startups throughout project implementation. The cluster notably led the Cascade Funding Work Package of B-Resilient and has integrated this expertise into several European project proposals and collaborative initiatives.
Communication, Dissemination & Stakeholder Engagement Leadership
Valorial has strong expertise in leading Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Work Packages within European and international collaborative projects. Beyond traditional communication activities, the cluster develops dissemination strategies designed to maximise ecosystem engagement, stakeholder mobilisation, project visibility and long-term impact generation.
Valorial manages the full communication and dissemination workflow of collaborative projects, including communication strategies and dissemination plans, visual identity development, website creation and management, content production and editorial coordination, community management, organisation of webinars, workshops and international events, stakeholder engagement and ecosystem mobilisation, KPI monitoring and reporting, dissemination tracking and archiving, as well as exploitation and visibility activities.
Thanks to its strong territorial anchorage and extensive ecosystem networks, Valorial is also able to amplify project outreach through its community of more than 300 members and its connections with regional, national, European and international innovation ecosystems.
