Isatech is a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM and Office365 business management, collaborative and decision-making solutions and has been a member of the Valorial Partners Club since 2016. Interview with Simon Le Bayon, Digital Strategy Consultant.

What is your core business and the markets you target?

Born in Brittany 38 years ago, our company supports consumer goods and food industries in their digital transformation. To do this, we deploy proven management solutions that can be adapted to each need.

Our clients are dynamic companies, often in strong growth and who exploit international opportunities to develop faster than their “French” competitors. The particularity of isatech is to offer a very complete spectrum of IT services.

Why did you choose to become a member of the Valorial Partners Club?

Valorial and Isatech are two long-standing players in the food industry, so it was only natural that a link was created between our two organisations. Furthermore, Valorial is a client for the collaborative part and we were already members of their network.

We have taken our relationship with Valorial to a whole new level by becoming a member of the Partners Club to affirm our desire to support the agri-food industry in their IT projects. The objective is also to offer them solutions adapted to their problems and to the changes in their sector, in the face of the challenges of digital transformation.

What is your vision of innovation in your core business?

The world of IT is very recent, yet innovation continues at an increasing rate, so we must constantly adapt to new technologies, but above all to the uses and new organisations that we have to imagine. Currently, it is the automation of back office micro-tasks, and the associated productivity gains, that are the focus of our attention.

What place do you give it in your company?

At Isatech, we remain faithful to our regional roots and to the proximity developed with our customers. Customer service is at the heart of our concerns, and our customers repay us by their loyalty. Today, the aggregation of management platforms between players in the industry, interoperability with third-party systems, but also the relationship with consumers and communication on a larger scale, in B2B as well as in B2C, are real competitive challenges for all our customers, particularly in the food industry.

We reduce transaction costs and anticipate the challenges of food safety and traceability of information for consumer products.

And what about news?

The Isatech group expanded in 2020 with the acquisition of Tryade, an expert in cloud infrastructures, security and collaborative solutions. We carried out this external growth operation in order to offer the most complete service possible to our clients: from upstream strategic consulting to change management support, including the deployment of technical management solutions (ERP) and customer relations (CRM). In order to carry out these projects, both nationally and internationally, we are continuing to expand our teams. We are currently conducting a major recruitment phase.
