What is a project leader?
The project leader is the technical/scientific coordinator who oversees the smooth running of the work to achieve the initially defined objectives. He or she often requires help in organising the different tasks. Several factors must be taken into account: number of players, organisations and location, implementation time scale, administrative management, etc.
